THIS IS FOR THE PATTERN ONLY.
(We have another listing for both the pattern and material.)

This is the professionally created digital pattern in EPS, DXF, and SVG format that was used to make the pictured jacket. It is currently sized for a medium sized jacket but can be scaled in any drawing program to the proper size for your use.

If you don't have software like Adobe Illustrator, you can use the free program Incscape to open the SVG file and rescale.

The jacket should be made from Olive-grey bull denim fabric. It takes approx 2.5 - 3 yards of fabric depending on size. (65" width)

This is licensed for non-commercial use only. Each buyer may make one jacket for their own use.

Frequently Asked Questions

3D Printed Items

3D Printed kits are printed on demand and are not returnable. If you receive a broken part or a part which has a flaw, please contact us and we will get you a replacement part.

Fiberglass Armor Kits and Resin parts

All of our fiberglas armor kits are laid up by hand and resin prints are hand poured because all of these parts are "low run" specialized parts. We try to be very careful in the layup process to eliminate bubbles or imperfections, but these do happen. Filling in or smoothing small bubbles or sanding imperfections is part of the prep process before the parts are painted. If you do receive a part which you think has too many flaws, contact us and we will work with you to either repair the part or get you a new one.

Average:

There are no instructions, the pattern is inaccurate for the correct jacket for the CRL, and the file itself has pattern pieces overlapping in several locations. The size is listed as "Medium", but it felt far larger than that. I managed to make jackets that match the CRL, but it took heavy tweaks and additions to do so. I would keep looking or plan on doing any changes yourself or with help from a local tailor/seamstress.
